The Global Roundtable for Sustainable Beef (GRSB) recently released a position paper on the role of beef and sustainable nutrition. The GRSB is a partnership of members representing all aspects of the supply chain and those who service beef enterprises. They have a number of goals and recently released this position paper to articulate a range of the issues associated with beef in nutritious and sustainable diets. This should be of interest to a range of stakeholders with interests in pastoralism and rangeland management.
